Artist Talk: Tethered @ BIMA

With an introduction by BIMA’s curator of the Cynthia Sears Artists’ Books Collection, Erin Zona, join artist Aimee Lee who presents an overview of hanji (Korean paper). Lee discusses how hanji was used in Korean culture throughout history. Through insights into her practice, she discusses her art in the exhibition, inspired by ancient artifacts and technology, reimagined in the form of paper.
