Lapse relapse
A man was burned alive.
I’m not sure why.
A woman drove onto the tracks of an oncoming train.
I can’t imagine.
People celebrate
hangings of other people.
I can’t fathom.
Every morning,
A man visits his dying mother.
Another man,
just out of surgery, offers his food to a hungry woman.
A neighbor plows the entire street
A mother with a newly diabetic son takes pictures of the sky.
I coat everything I can find with persimmon juice.
I don’t know why.
